Life procect  is an open and evolving body of work that traces the ephemeral presence of Water across its elemental states – from liquid to solid to air. Photographed in remote and often unforgiving environments, the series reflects a quiet pursuit: to observe how light meets matter, how form begins to dissolve, how time carves beauty into transience. Each image is less a depiction than a distillation – a meditation on impermanence, perception, and the shifting memory of the natural world. Initiated at an early stage of Franz Xaver Aicher’s career, Life project has no defined end. It remains a lifelong archive of elemental moments – shaped by endurance, silence, and light.
